Privacy / POPIA Policy
Responsible party
Airworx Racing is responsible for personal information processed through this website. Privacy enquiries may be sent to the contact channel published on our Contact page.
Information we process
Depending on your interaction, we process contact details, order and delivery information, service-request details, used-bike enquiry details, consent choices, payment transaction references and statuses, and the basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website. We do not store full card numbers or CVV values; approved external payment providers handle card entry and processing.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, process and fulfil orders, arrange collection or delivery, handle workshop requests, prevent misuse, maintain security, provide customer support, keep accounting records, meet legal obligations and, only where separately chosen, send marketing.
Service providers
Relevant providers may include Paystack, PayJustNow, Intuit QuickBooks for accounting when authorised, hosting and infrastructure services, and configured email or communications services. A provider is used only when its related feature is active. Stripe is not used.
Sharing and retention
We share information only where needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations or protection of legitimate rights. Records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, legal retention, disputes, fraud prevention and accounting.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, withdraw optional marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern. We will assess each request under POPIA and other applicable law. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to order or enquire.
Security and updates
Reasonable safeguards are used as described in the Security Policy, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy updates receive a new effective date and version.
