Airworx Racing offers motorcycles, motorcycle parts, accessories, riding gear, helmets, tyres, maintenance products, used motorcycles, and workshop or service-request assistance where displayed on this website.
Website use and product information
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Product descriptions, images, compatibility details, mileage, condition and specifications are based on approved catalogue or listing information. Contact us before purchase where fitment or compatibility matters.
Prices and promotions
Website prices are displayed in ZAR. The checkout shows the applicable total and configured tax treatment before payment. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting payment; confirmed paid orders remain subject to applicable consumer law. Promotional prices apply only for their stated period and conditions.
Availability and orders
Availability can change before checkout. Online stock is rechecked before payment and temporarily reserved during checkout. Showroom-order-only items and used motorcycles are enquiry items, not standard guaranteed in-stock ecommerce products.
Payments
Available online methods are shown at checkout and may include Paystack and PayJustNow only when configured. Payment is processed by the selected external provider. An order is not treated as paid until provider verification succeeds.
Delivery and collection
Choose an available collection or delivery method at checkout. Delivery costs, address requirements, delays and damaged-delivery reporting are explained in the Shipping & Collection Policy. Collection is only available once readiness is confirmed.
Returns, warranties and statutory rights
The Returns & Refunds Policy applies. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by South African consumer law, including rights relating to unsafe, defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Manufacturer or store warranties operate in addition to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Used motorcycles and workshop requests
Used motorcycles remain subject to current availability, inspection and the facts expressly stated in their listing. An enquiry does not reserve or sell a motorcycle. A service form submits a requested date only; no workshop appointment exists until Airworx Racing confirms it. Customers must give accurate motorcycle and fault information and disclose relevant safety concerns.
Privacy, security and jurisdiction
Personal information is handled under the Privacy / POPIA Policy. Payment and account safeguards are described in the Security Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or forum available by law.
